I had an amazing experience at Loren’s Body Shop in Bluffton! I was in a small accident that left my car pretty dented in multiple places. The car looks amazing and I cannot even tell it was in an accident! I was amazed. My car is a yellow color, which is difficult to match but they blended the color in so well that I cannot tell at all. They also cleaned my car on the inside and outside and it felt like I was getting into a brand new vehicle!! Customer service was outstanding as well! I was kept updated on my car, everything was explained in great detail, they set up all the rental car details for me, and I was given a gift card for having to wait a little extra longer for my car to be done (which I didn’t mind at all!). Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Loren’s and will refer them to everyone I know and go to them for any future cars needs. Thank you!!
