OUR HISTORY
In the early days, Loren’s Body Shop provided its customers with mechanical and collision repairs. Today the shop is concentrated on collision repairs and auto glass installation. Our mission to keep you safe inspires us to keep our repair technologies up-to-date and our technicians trained to repair your vehicle according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Family Owned & Operated Since 1951
Greg Lobsiger became the sole owner of Loren’s Body Shop in the year 2000. The body shop has been in Greg’s family since 1951. The spirit of that local family business is what continues to make it thrive today.
Loren Lobsiger – Where it all began in 1951
In 1951, Loren Lobsiger opened the business along with his sons, Denny and Floyd Lobsiger. Loren retired in 1976, and his sons, Denny and Floyd, bought the business. Greg Lobsiger decided to follow in his grandfather Loren’s footsteps and began working in the auto body shop as a full-time employee in 1985. In the year 2000, Denny retired and Greg became the owner of the shop. Floyd retired five years later in 2005.
