Loren’s has always been top notch with professionalism, work performance, communication and all around friendliness. With many children come many drivers and unfortunately, many fender benders! We have had work done multiple times, pick up our car much cleaner than we left it and are always very happy. We also recommend this to friends and family who find themselves in need of such services. Thanks again!

I had an amazing experience at Loren’s Body Shop in Bluffton! I was in a small accident that left my car pretty dented in multiple places. The car looks amazing and I cannot even tell it was in an accident! I was amazed. My car is a yellow color, which is difficult to match but they blended the color in so well that I cannot tell at all. They also cleaned my car on the inside and outside and it felt like I was getting into a brand new vehicle!! Customer service was outstanding as well! I was kept updated on my car, everything was explained in great detail, they set up all the rental car details for me, and I was given a gift card for having to wait a little extra longer for my car to be done (which I didn’t mind at all!). Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Loren’s and will refer them to everyone I know and go to them for any future cars needs. Thank you!!
